The Hotel certainly lives up to its status as luxury hotel and our stay was great, restful with good food and service as well.

Loved it. Would be hard to stay anywhere else. Club floor service was superb and staff was better than superb. We look forward to returning for another stay. The concierge staff saw to our every need. This was my first visit to Hong Kong and the excellent concierge staff provided advice for shopping and sightseeing and meal recommendations. We loved it and we loved the staff. Mostly, we loved how attentive the concierge staff was and how well we were treated as guests.

The staffs at the Lounge are very friendly and efficient as a concierge and for serving foods at the Lounge. I am sure the RitzCarlton, HongKong is one of top candidates for my next holiday destination.
